PICK-UP & REFUND POLICY

Bouquets are available Fridays during store hours at your selected pick-up site (Habersham or Stephens County).  In the event that you will not be able to claim your bouquet, please contact me by Wednesday of that week (706-963-0119), and your subscription will be pushed out an additional week (one change allowed per 4-week subscription).  If you do not claim your bouquet by the end of the business day Friday, then your bouquet will be donated that week.

In the event that flowers are not available in a given week due to weather, etc, and the subscription cannot be fulfilled, I will contact you with refund options (bouquet certificate, adding a week to the subscription, or refunding that portion of the subscription).
